Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to lead the accounting operations for its CareForwardRx division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Partner with FP&A for budget and forecast development while delivering financial insights
• Prepare internal and external financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Experience in lean or start-up accounting teams
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and joint venture environments is a plus
• Comfortable in a remote work environment with occasional travel
