Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Director to lead accounting services for a diverse portfolio of clients in the HOA and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal financial advisor and relationship lead for assigned clients
• Provide executive-level financial oversight across various client portfolios
• Lead and develop Senior Controllers and accounting teams to ensure high service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Strong HOA and fund accounting experience required
• Experience with trust accounting and hospitality/short-term rental accounting required
• Demonstrated success managing senior-level client relationships
