Accounting Implementation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Implementation Consultant - Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of accounting implementation specialists while managing team performance
• Oversee the implementation of the accounting platform for new clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation issues and support change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5-7+ years of experience in accounting or financial systems implementation
• Strong understanding of HOA/community association accounting is a plus
• Experience with ERP or accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Yardi, or similar)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
