Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Implementation Manager focused on New Client Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the new client onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition into ongoing service
  • Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding, gathering financial data and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Develop standardized workflows and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoffs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 7+ years of accounting firm experience with at least 3 years in client-facing or implementation/project management roles
  • Proven experience managing accounting system setup and onboarding projects for US-based clients
  • Strong technical skills in QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets modeling, and automation tools
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting
