Job Summary

To support the development of an innovative B2B learning solution for the accounting profession, a freelance Accounting Industry Strategy Consultant will collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to address talent readiness challenges and enhance early-career CPA training over an 11-week contract.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial and strategic guidance to address real-world pain points of accounting firms
• Participate actively in virtual CoDesign workshops to create immersive simulation scenarios
• Ensure the learning solution aligns with its value proposition of accelerating competency attainment

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in public accounting with an understanding of operational and talent challenges
• Ability to represent both tax and audit functions at various staff levels
• Passion for the evolution of the accounting profession and emerging learning technologies
• Comfortable in a collaborative and dynamic brainstorming environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
