Accounting Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Systems Integration Specialist to assist customers in connecting their accounting systems and ensure effective financial workflows across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their accounting workflows and integrations with the company's platform
• Guide customers in configuring and setting up accounting integrations with systems like QuickBooks and Sage
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide insights on customer accounting needs and integration opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a product, implementation, or integration management role at a SaaS company
• Strong knowledge of Sage and QuickBooks accounting software
• Experience working directly with customers to understand business processes
• Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements through software integrations
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or connected systems is a plus
