Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager who will oversee financial systems and ensure compliance while managing the Accounts Payable ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NetSuite as a Power User, optimizing financial modules and overseeing AP integrations
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP while adapting best practices
• Perform financial analytics and manage month-end close activities, mentoring junior staff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial systems experience in tech, manufacturing, or hardware environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science with an accounting focus; CPA or CMA preferred
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including SuiteScript and custom workflows
• Deep proficiency in Bill.com or Tipalti, particularly in troubleshooting and mapping accounts
• Fluency in AI tools and experience managing AI-driven workloads in finance
