Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead a team of accountants and manage financial reporting and month-end close functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of accountants, providing direction and feedback
• Prepare and review financial reporting deliverables, including internal reports and audit support

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement fundamentals
• Experience managing a full month-end close cycle and reviewing the work of others
• Hands-on experience with data and automation tools such as Power BI or SQL
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
