Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transactions, month-end and year-end closing processes, and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial practices and support business scaling
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and act as the principal financial contact for auditors

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of accounting or related experience, preferably in the Web3 industry or start-up companies
• Proficiency in NetSuite and other financial software
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with large datasets in the crypto market
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred, with additional certification in blockchain or cryptocurrency management seen as a plus
