Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting to lead the accounting team and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial information and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Lead the accounting staff by recruiting, training, and overseeing their performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of experience supervising/managing accounting functions
• 3+ years of experience leading teams
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant preferred
• Experience in public accounting
