Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and client accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and manage the revenue cycle
• Oversee expense management and monthly financial close, including KPI reporting
• Train new accountants and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Proven ability to revamp accounting processes and leverage accounting technology
