Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payroll department operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Lead the accounting staff by recruiting, training, and managing team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supervising/managing accounting functions
• 3+ years of experience in leading teams
• Experience in public accounting and guiding operational teams on revenue policies
