Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payroll operations and ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures
• Prepare and present financial reports, manage account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Lead the accounting team, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supervising or managing accounting functions
• 3+ years of experience leading teams
• Experience in public accounting and guiding operational teams on revenue policies
