Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and performance management to accounting staff while overseeing month-end close activities
• Review journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in software or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong background in accounting processes and internal control evaluation
• Experience in leading operational and process changes
