Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare financial reports to support decision-making and monitor cash flow, revenue trends, and expenses

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Knowledge of government contracting, indirect rates, and DCAA compliance is helpful but can be trained
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online Pro and knowledge of payroll systems
• Must reside in Orlando, FL, or Washington, DC for occasional in-person meetings
