Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager of Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy of quarterly financial reports in compliance with regulatory instructions
• Oversee the Regulatory Reporting team and identify risks to senior leadership
• Develop new procedures to enhance operational efficiency and communicate enhancement opportunities to management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on financial reporting
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
• Experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
