Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial results
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
