Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Remote based in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting and financial reporting activities for a multi-entity physician practice organization
• Supervise accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• CPA preferred; healthcare or physician practice experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software; experience with Microsoft Access preferred
