Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting processes and lead a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly accounting close processes and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide leadership and development to a team of Staff and Senior Accountants
• Analyze KPIs and make recommendations to maximize revenue and minimize expenses

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an accounting or finance management role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment
• Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities
