Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
