Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager who will serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle, expense management, and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and strong QuickBooks Online skills
• Proven ability to lead accounting process improvements and technology implementations
