Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to support its financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Prepare and deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements and support month-end and year-end close processes
• Partner with financial teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Experience with grant funding or Medicaid billing is a plus
