Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations and ensure accurate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Oversee accounts payable operations and collaborate on customer billing and accounts receivable
• Manage state registrations, sales and use tax compliance, and coordinate year-end financial audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
• Proficiency in NetSuite and core accounting systems
• Experience with multi-state sales tax and GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable systems and process improvement
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with external vendors or auditors
