Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - Foundation Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and financial accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis while supporting financial reporting compliance
• Manage staff, including hiring, performance development, and evaluations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3 years of experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Full understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
