Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee and direct accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly/quarterly/annual accounting close process and ensure compliance with accounting principles
• Oversee joint venture reporting and collaborate with financial planning and patient accounting services
• Lead and motivate accounting staff, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience
• Technical knowledge of accounting concepts and financial reports
• Ability to research complex accounting and reporting issues
• Strong Excel skills
