Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3 years of accounting experience, or 5 years in a startup environment
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software and AI tools
• Experience with financial reporting and tax-ready end-of-year reports
• Familiarity with tech stacks such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, and G-Suite
