Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to build and enhance the accounting function while ensuring accurate financial processes as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the monthly close, including timelines, checklists, and journal entries
• Prepare and review complex reconciliations and maintain a clean close cadence
• Strengthen accounting operations and support audit/tax readiness

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 background preferred
• Experience in a startup/scale-up or public company environment
• Demonstrated ownership of meaningful close areas
• Strong technical accounting fundamentals and sound judgment
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with comfort in handling large datasets
