Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to support key accounting and finance functions within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable for multiple entities, including vendor records and invoice entries
• Support Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, and month-end reconciliations
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, annual regulatory reporting, and audit requests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business accounting or a related field
• 6+ years of proven accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of accrual accounting and regulatory standards (GAAP)
• International accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite or similar financial systems
