Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting
• Manage and review the work of two accountants, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial responsibilities
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, including variance analysis and key performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in medical/healthcare is a plus
