Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage and coordinate accounting activities and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting department operations and ensure dual coverage of all functions
• Oversee accounting policies, financial systems, tax and regulatory requirements, and management reporting
• Ensure month-end financial close and reporting, and deliver data-driven financial insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Sound understanding of US GAAP and financial consolidation processes
• Experience with NetSuite and M&A transactions
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Self-starting personality with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
