Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead its accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accurate financial statements
• Manage accounting and compliance for international subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP
• Design, maintain, and improve internal controls over financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with accounting tools and automation
