Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and lead a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, including internal controls and specific client requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience revamping accounting processes and technology in a rapidly growing firm
