Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and client accounting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial results
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management, expense management, and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
