Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and coordinate accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Staff and Senior Accountants while ensuring documentation of processes
• Oversee monthly accounting close and create financial packages, including variance analysis
• Coordinate audits and special projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial operations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an accounting or finance management role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
