Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager, Fiscally Sponsored Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accountants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics
• Manage financial operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, and oversee audit processes
• Supervise project caseload, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and annual funder reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of progressive experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or 8 years of relevant professional experience
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in non-profit accounting and government grant management
• CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting systems
