Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle and financial close processes
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and complex revenue recognition standards
