Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to build and scale U.S. accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly close, ensuring accurate financial statements
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and NetSuite strongly preferred
• Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience strongly preferred
• Experience with multi-state sales tax preferred
