Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements
• Design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting and support audit processes
• Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and issue resolution

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-5 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in audit or public accounting
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP
• Experience using an ERP system
• Proficiency with Excel, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and pivot tables
