Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - Client Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing strategic advice on accounting and financial activities
• Manage and mentor a team of Staff and Senior Accountants, ensuring quality and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee all accounting functions, including monthly close processes and financial statement preparation

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant client-facing accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred
• Significant expertise in Web3 (Crypto) accounting and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounting is a strong advantage
• Experience with core GL platforms like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct
• Ability to translate complex accounting concepts into clear language for clients and stakeholders
