Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations across multiple key areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Manage accounting for variable compensation plans and oversee prepaid and deferral accounting
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and prepare audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth companies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with NetSuite preferred; familiarity with systems like Zip is a plus
• Big 4/Public Accounting experience is a plus
