Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Oversee invoicing, work order review, and billing accuracy
• Record and reconcile bank transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in the construction/field service industry
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting processes
• Solid knowledge of GAAP fundamentals
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Ramp, Concur, or similar systems preferred
