Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee invoicing, work order review, and billing accuracy to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist with month-end close, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in the construction/field service industry
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Ramp, Concur, or similar systems
