Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to handle outsourced bookkeeping and financial reporting for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end closing process and ensure all bookkeeping needs of clients are met
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including GAAP basis reports and custom client requests
• Analyze financial reports and provide guidance to team members and clients for accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• Experience in public accounting is a plus
• Multiple years of experience in financial reporting for non-profits or similar organizations
• Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks Online is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of general accounting principles and ability to analyze financial statements
