Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to help build a world-class finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale the accounting function as the company grows
• Manage core accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support the monthly close process and ensure timely and accurate financial statements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a high-growth startup
• CPA preferred, but non-CPA candidates are also considered
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting best practices
• Experience with inventory accounting and marketplace businesses is a plus
• Familiarity with internal controls frameworks and audit readiness
