Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations and ensure financial integrity as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the month-end close processes, ensuring discipline and improved timelines
• Lead preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses for GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Establish and oversee scalable intercompany processes, including reconciliations and consolidation adjustments

Qualifications / Skills

• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth, multi-product, or multi-entity environment
• Big 4 public accounting experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and translate business intent into accounting implications
• Excellent judgment and confidence in proposing accounting positions and operational solutions
