Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee global employee-related expenses and enhance accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting for global payroll, benefits, and employee reimbursements
• Lead month-end close activities and ensure compliance with GAAP for financial reporting
• Evaluate and improve payroll and employee cost accounting processes for efficiency and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in payroll and employee reimbursements
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-country environments and global payroll processes preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience leading month-end close activities
• Hands-on experience with ERP and payroll systems, preferably NetSuite and Rippling
