Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting (Compensation).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve payroll and compensation entries before recording in the general ledger
• Reconcile G/L accounts and oversee G/L account reconciliations prepared by others
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of business unit transactions and support financial statements

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Chartered Accountant preferred
• Experience in compensation accounting and financial services, fintech, or banking
• Background in multi-entity organizations with complex intercompany structures
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel skills
