Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations related to accounting and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, and maintaining the general ledger
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices, track outstanding balances, and manage collections
• Prepare monthly financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and assist with annual audits

Required Qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in an accounting department
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and improve processes through automation
• Experience in managing accounting supervision and customer invoicing tasks
