Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their finance team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP for accurate reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities aligned with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of NetSuite experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's a plus)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth companies
