Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their Corporate Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Partner with the Technical/Revenue Accounting team to ensure compliance with revenue recognition models
• Drive improvements to accounting processes and systems, enhancing data accuracy and reducing manual effort

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in people management
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition and inventory accounting
• Advanced Excel and data skills, with experience analyzing large data sets
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Hands-on experience with accounting system implementation or process automation is highly valued
